This book will take your child on a birthday surprise journey where he/she learns a valuable lesson.

When ordering, include your child's name, age, date of birthday, gender, hometown, and names of up to three friends. (ages 6 - 10)

Remember, you must complete an Order Form for each book you purchase. This means that if you are purchasing two books, you must send back two Order Forms.

Ordering/Payment Information

Each book incorporates your child's name and other personal information into the story. All books include a dedication page in the front of the book from you to the child. All books are hand-made and include wipe-clean, hard covers.

Each book costs $14 + $8 shipping & handling and appropriate sales tax.

Customers must submit an order form for each book purchased and pre-pay at the same time the order form is submitted. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs and sales tax.

The estimated shipping time for orders is 1O - 14 days.
