When ordering, please include the following: the baby's full name, date of birth, weight, length, time of birth, parents' names, up to three names of visitors, name of hospital where the baby was born, the name of the doctor or midwife that delivered the baby. The book can be tailored for single parents and adoptive parents. (ages: newborn to toddler)

Remember, you must complete an Order Form for each book you purchase. This means that if you are purchasing two books, you must send back two Order Forms.

Ordering/Payment Information

Each book incorporates your child's name and other personal information into the story. All books include a dedication page in the front of the book from you to the child. All books are hand-made and include wipe-clean, hard covers.

Each book costs $14 + $8 shipping & handling and appropriate sales tax.

Customers must submit an order form for each book purchased and pre-pay at the same time the order form is submitted. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs and sales tax.

The estimated shipping time for orders is 1O - 14 days.
